Who we are?
Jsme studenti Obchodní akademie studující v Opavě. Horizont s.r.o. je naše fiktivní firma s 30. letou tradicí, ve které obchodujeme s ostatními fiktivními firmami. Učíme se tímto práci ve firmě a práci v kolektivu, což nám pomůže do našich budoucích zaměstnání.
We are students of the Business Academy studying in Opava. Horizont s.r.o. is our fictitious company with a 30-year tradition in which we do business with other fictitious companies. We learn how to work in a company and work in a team, which will help us in our future jobs.

Ředitel se stará o celkové řízení velké organizace, vytváří strategii a politiku směrující ke stanoveným cílům. Během své činnosti vyhodnocuje finanční a další analýzy týkající se činnosti firmy. Schvaluje finanční rozpočty a rozhoduje v marketingové, obchodní a výrobní politice firmy.

V nepřítomnosti ředitele přebírá všechny jeho povinnosti. Plánuje, řídí a koordinuje chod finančního systému organizace, zajišťuje efektivnost hospodaření včetně personální a mzdové agendy.
